Using the services of companies provided on the Mount Liberty platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), you entrust us with your personal information due to registration on the Website and the creation of a personal account. We do everything to ensure its security and at the same time provide you with the opportunity to manage your data.

The Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Administration may receive about the User during registration and use of the Website.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to know what information we collect, for what purposes we use it and how you can delete it.

INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

When registering on the Website and using the Website services, you grant consent to the submission, collection, accumulation, systematization, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, transfer, storage, destruction and processing of your personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, including, but not limited to Full name, date and place of birth, identity card information, place of residence, email address, social network ID, profile, cookies, biometric data and any other information about you that you will specify in your profile when registering or uploaded later on the Website.

We may also process other data that, as a rule, does not relate to personal data by the legislator, but which is collected by the Administration in the process of technological interaction with your personal account automatically, for example:

  • a) electronic data: the IP address of the host, cookie information (which allows identifying the User's browser and storing User settings and other information), information about the User's browser (or other program that accesses the Website), access time, the address of the requested page, the type of user's operating system, browser type, hardware and software versions; web beacons/pixel tags, the name of the mobile operator or provider, language, time zone, internet connection speed, etc.
  • b) date and time of access to the Website, types of content viewed, types of interactions with such content; functions used and actions performed; accounts of other Users with whom the User interacts; duration, frequency, time of such actions, etc.
  • c) information provided by any User devices when accessing the Website through them.

In order for the Administration to fulfill its obligations to Users stipulated by the terms of the End-User License Agreement and the investment contract (for example, when paying remuneration, restoring access to the personal account), the Administration has the right to additionally request from the User a copy of an identity document or other document containing the User's first and last name, as well as other additional information that, at the discretion of the Administration, will be necessary and sufficient to identify such user and will allow to exclude violations and abuses of the rights of third parties. Within the framework of this Policy, a User means any person who uses the Website as a tool for building their business structure, investing and using the profitable tools of companies provided on the Mount Liberty platform.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

The Administration collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide full or partial services of the Website and personal account or to fulfill the End-User License Agreement, crowdfunding and marketing services and to build one’s business structure.

The main purposes of personal data processing are:

  • a) creation of a User account (profile) and registration of a personal account for the use of the Website capabilities, marketing tools, provision of platform services, access to international crowdfunding;
  • b) establishing feedback with the User, sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the platform's tools, the ability to manage their activities, making transactions, building a business structure;
  • c) individualization of the User account (profile).

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS

The Administration is not obliged to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, however, the Administration assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal data and keeps them up to date. The responsibility for the accuracy of personal data is held by the User.

We guarantee that the confidentiality of the User's personal data is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides personal data for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain functions of the Website, including, but not limited to, building their business structure, the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.

The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools. At the request of the User, the processing of his personal data may be terminated, and in the absence of other reasons for storing the data in archival copies, the data will be deleted, but in this case the User will no longer be able to use the services of the Website. The period of destruction of personal data in this case should not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the User's request. The maintenance of the User's personal account is terminated simultaneously with the refusal to provide and use personal data.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND SUBMISSION

The Administration takes all possible necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

We may provide your personal information to legal entities and individuals not connected with the Website if we believe in good faith that these persons have the right to receive, use, store or disclose this information on the following grounds:

  • They ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation, implement a court decision or enforce a request from a state institution;
  • They enforce compliance with the End-User License Agreement, other agreements or investigate their possible violations.
  • They identify fraud, illegal or criminal actions, prevent them or otherwise seek to prevent them, and also work to eliminate technical problems or security problems.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of conflict situations, we aim not to bring the case to court, therefore, before filing a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration on the issue of personal data, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

The recipient of the claim must review the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt and send a substantiated response to the sender.

If an agreement is not reached, the dispute must be referred to the judicial authority at the location of the Administration, the applicable law in this case is the current legislation at the location of the Administration.

WHAT TO KNOW

The Policy (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Administration without any special notification to users. The new version of the Policy commence from the moment it is posted on the Website, or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form at the discretion of the Administration. The User independently bears the burden of verifying changes and/or additions to the Policy, the current version of which is constantly on the Website page.
